Its USA Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper cloaks a Dominican binder and a Nicaraguan Ligero and Dominican Piloto Cubano filler. Once rolled, each cigar is placed in an aluminum tube to preserve it flavor. Handmade in the Dominican Republic. The Partagas Black Label uses rare medio tiempo leaves for its wrapper, which are darker, heavier, and richer than most wrapper leaves. These leaves are harvested only after they have been allowed to age on their stalks 50% longer than other wrapper leaves.
